In spite of the limitations during the Covid-19 pandemic, Randy safely arranged 10 showings in the first two days. This yielded 4 offers, 3 of which were at or above our list price. She was well networked around the neighborhood and was easily able to anticipate the type of buyer we would attract and what I could do to best stage the space without wasting energy or money. Her deep knowledge was obvious each time we'd review an offer or agreement line by line. She knows the law and procedure to the letter and was very thorough in the implications of each small choice. She used all of this knowledge to improve my strategy. I must also mention Randy's responsiveness is second to none. We were so impressed with her being the listing agent when WE bought our house, we decided she was the one who should sell it again. Randy was always available, and I mean always! Randy burned the midnight oil and also kept updates during a two week vacation. Her best attribute was that we were 100% comfortable with her monitoring our home after we had to move to another state. She has all the resources necessary to ensure a speedy sale I.E.
